Senior Client Success Manager – Boulder / Remote

The Senior Client Success Manager will focus on ensuring DELVE clients have successful and strategic engagements through a deep understanding of their market and customers, along with DELVE’s capabilities for analytics, media, and cloud. 

The Senior Client Success Manager will be driving the client’s strategy, helping DELVE’s clients to mature in their marketing and data approach. This role would require to expose the humble confidence in approaching complex solutions and demonstrated ability to become an advisor to the client. This role requires you to be analytical as well as creative in your thought process and be nimble in your thinking about client problems. As a key leader, you must also demonstrate the capability to get others to believe in the ideas that you present and follow that belief through to execution.

The successful candidate will have robust experience and proven success strategically managing client projections end to end, working as the primary client facing contact. Candidates must bring a deep understanding of digital media, AdTech trends and platforms relevant to a broad range of diverse and niche industries, categories, and audiences while being able to map these platforms to critical business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong passion for problem-solving, a deep understanding of the AdTech industry, be an experienced presenter, have the ability to “think out loud,” and consultative nature. Candidates must possess the ability to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to support the growth of client relationships.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading our clients through transformational change by driving the approach and execution of digital and cloud strategies
  • Working collaboratively with client C-suite leaders to understand business challenges and the competitive market landscape to design the desired future state
  • Working with DELVE experts to strategize, project manage and support digital media and cloud strategies and initiatives
  • Support and maintain strategic partnerships (like Google)
  • Contributing to the direction of our client success practice through exceptional client service delivery and support of business development efforts through retaining and expanding client accounts
  • Functioning as the primary client POC and account manager to support the success and growth of clients – primarily focused on media specific clients
  • Managing overseas teams through influence and leadership rather than given authority


Who We are Looking For:

  • 6+ years of business experience defining and executing strategies; 5+ years of experience within the digital media ecosystem with strong knowledge and understanding of media approaches, strategy and analytics. 
  • Demonstrated experience and complete understanding of digital media (including, but not limited to, programmatic, SEM, social, CTV, ect). Comfortable discussing and developing media strategies and communicating results. 
  • Demonstrated experience in business case development, planning, implementation  and management of digital and mobile initiatives
  • Experience work directly with client executives to lead high priority initiatives, act as a trusted advisor and own the success of their engagements with DELVE
  • Proven leadership in the planning and supporting of digital strategies, implementations, and projects
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams within an organization, from sales and marketing to data scientists
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills including the ability to present large clients/partners as needed
  • Detailed oriented nature, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Proven sales experience to facilitate upselling conversations with existing, focussed on a consultative selling approach
  • Innate problem solving skills and ability to grow and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced and collaborative culture
  • You are comfortable transitioning between strategic and execution responsibilities to maximize client value
  • You are a confident decision maker with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Wrike, ect)
  • Salesforce experience 
  • Open to up to 25% travel as required
