Operational Head of CEE

The Operational Head of Central & Eastern Europe will be responsible for leading DELVE’s existing team in Poland, managing daily operations, and sourcing new talent to grow our European Sales Team. This position is based in our Warsaw, PL office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • CEE, Go to Market (GTM) Strategy and Plan
    • Develop a GTM strategy and define how DELVE can address existing gaps in services offered in CEE
    • Analyze the competition and identify their strengths and weaknesses
    • Understand and prioritize opportunities around target countries, industries, and brands
    • Propose a roll-out plan to sell DELVE services to countries/industries/brands, mapped to our menu of services
    • Define key milestones and deliverables as part of that GTM plan
  • Responsibility for CEE P&L, including
    • Revenue forecasts and management
    • Cost management
    • Profitability goals
  • Accounting, Finance, Legal
    • Working with a local firm to own creation of monthly CEE reports, revenue and cost forecasts
    • Ensuring ongoing compliance with local laws & tax regulations
    • Partner with a local firm to manage all legal matters, especially client & employee contracts
  • Organizational Design & Talent
    • Define and hire against a successful structure for DELVE’s CEE organization
    • Establish partnerships or process with local recruiters to hire top talent
    • Be accountable for the recruiting process
    • Working with 3rd parties, define or propose the market-adjusted comp structure for all departments that will report to you
  • Coaching & Management
    • Be a keeper of our Culture, ensuring that the Warsaw team is cohesive and that DELVE International feels like an extension of their family
    • Coach, manage, and grow team members as eployees
  • Relationships
    • Industry: Establish strategic relationships in the CEE adtech industry
    • Google: Manage ongoing relationship with Google & remain accountable for developing that partnership in CEE


  • 15+ years of experience in Operations for an international organization (tech company experience preferred)
  • Top-notch recruiting and hiring experience including understanding of current D&I practices
  • Must be self-directed with prior experience at a rapidly growing company
  • Experience in an Agile technology environment is strongly desired
  • Understanding of non-traditional performance management processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, and ability to work seamlessly with people in both the US and Europe
  • Excellent organization skills including process creation, change management, and project management
  • Experience with learning culture/deliberately developmental organizations is a plus
