Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for buying media for DELVE and hands-on management of all paid B2B platforms, with the goal of driving maximum volume and creating high-quality leads at the lowest possible CPA. You’ll be a key part of the team helping to DELVE grow and establish us as thought leaders in a growing sector. This position is based in Boulder, CO (please note our office will be moving to Louisville, CO in the summer of 2020). You will be managing B2B marketing for both the US and European territories. This role is a part of DELVE’s internal marketing department and is based in our Boulder, CO office.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage all relevant B2B media platforms, including but not limited to:
– Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing)
– Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
– Display (Google Ads, Display & Video 360)

Drive maximum volume and create high-quality leads at the lowest CPA, including:
– Performance optimization
– Omni-channel strategies
– Budgets recommendations & optimization
– Campaign taxonomy
– Audience strategy & management

Develop and own an audience-first approach to managing media, with strategic management of considerations like:
– Impression frequency limits
– Deploying different media platforms for different Audiences
– Optimizing for ideal messaging/sequencing

High accuracy & autonomy in attribution, measurement, and media tagging:
– Own all media pixels, media tagging, and attribution
– Own all daily reporting & insights with the ability to make strong recommendations based on an analytical understanding of performance
– Own all connections from media buying platforms to scoring platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Sales Cloud)
– Own management of media performance to Cost per Lead, Cost per Marketing Qualified Lead, and Cost per Sales Qualified Lead


– 3-5 years of experience managing paid media across multiple digital channels
– Proven ability to manage complex B2B paid marketing programs across multiple platforms
– Proven ability to accurately and consistently evaluate complex data from multiple sources, and provide reports sharing key data, insightful analysis, and meaningful recommendations
– Love of data and a strong desire to ‘win’ in paid marketing
– Desire to use hard-core numbers in making budget-allocation or media performance decisions
– General understanding of the Ad Tech industry

Nice to Haves

Direct experience managing B2B paid media programs for a SaaS or similar company
– Direct experience working with Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Google Ads, and other Google technologies
– Experience working in a start-up or small-business environment
– Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Pardot
