Business Development Representative – CEE

A top-rated Google Marketing Platform Partner, DELVE is an expert in site-side analytics, digital campaign management (programmatic, SEM, social), and advanced marketing science. With rapid growth on the CEE market, we are looking for a high performing sales representative who combines razor-sharp communication skills and the persistence necessary to book meetings with prospects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • identify target accounts in DELVE’s core vertical markets
  • identify new contacts in prospect accounts
  • create outreach campaigns to target prospects through Email, LinkedIn and Phone
  • deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to the DELVE Sales Executive
  • schedule qualified meetings with new prospects for the DELVE Sales Executive
  • effectively communicate the DELVE value propositions in phone conversations and emails with a diverse set of prospective clients and decision makers
  • capture and manage all sales related activities in Salesforce.com
  • serve as a credible, trustworthy representative of DELVE and our products and services
  • maintain and enhance DELVE’s reputation as a leading expert in the marketing
  • and advertising space

 

Requirements:

  • min. 3 years of experience in direct sales
  • fluent English and Polish
  • prior knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus
  • demonstrated track record of delivering qualified leads and setting meetings
  • understanding of sales performance metrics
  • ability to consistently maintain a high level of phone and email activity on a daily/weekly basis.
  • willingness to grow and learn by being proactive in outreach with a hunter mentality
  • willingness to embrace and support DELVE’s culture
