Business Development Representative

DELVE is seeking a high performing Business Development Representative (BDR) who combines razor-sharp communication skills and the persistence necessary to book meetings with prospects. The successful candidate will have a relentless work ethic and a desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced company. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to learn how agencies work with their clients to apply data and insights. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and passion for business development; the ideal candidate will not be phased by hearing 50 NO’s before getting to one YES. This position is based in our Boulder, CO office.

Primary Responsibilities

The BDR will support the Revenue Enablement function’s new customer acquisition goals through a range of sales outreach activities including:

  • Identification of target accounts in DELVE’s core vertical markets. Currently those core vertical markets are: Travel, Not for Profit, Insurance, and Travel.
  • Identifying new contacts in prospect accounts that meet the defined DELVE Buyer Persona profiles.
  • Creation of outreach campaigns to target prospects through Email, LinkedIn and Phone.
  • Responsible for delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to the DELVE Sales Executive.
  • Responsible for scheduling qualified meetings with new prospects for the DELVE Sales Executive.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the DELVE value propositions in phone conversations and emails.
  • Capture and manage all sales related activities in
  • Working directly with our Sales Leader and Marketing to give feedback on messaging efficacy and input for new messaging.
  • Learn the ins & outs of DELVE Service and Technology offerings to strategically direct prospective clients toward best product fit.
  • Serve as a credible, trustworthy representative of DELVE and our products and services.
  • Communicate successfully with a diverse set of prospective clients and decision makers, across multiple verticals & business units
  • Maintain and enhance DELVE’s reputation as a leading expert in the marketing and advertising space



  • Prior knowledge of
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering qualified leads and setting meetings.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to consistently maintain a high level of phone and email activity on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Willingness to grow and learn by being proactive in outreach with a hunter mentality.
  • Willingness to embrace and support DELVE’s culture.

Prior experience in Martech is a plus.
